ReviewPull provides automated Google review collection tools for local businesses. Our service includes automated review request emails and SMS, satisfaction surveys, review monitoring, and AI-powered review response suggestions.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must have permission from your customers before adding them to ReviewPull
• You must comply with Google's review policies and not incentivize reviews
• You are responsible for the accuracy of customer contact information you provide
• You must not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReviewPull to generate fake reviews, manipulate review scores, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tools remain available without a subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

ReviewPull and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviewPull and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReviewPull is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
